Okay, as long as you have lived a pretty normal social life, chances are, you have had some female friends along the way. And more than likely, there was at least one female friend that you fell for, and you wanted to be a lot more than just friends with her. Maybe you are feeling that way right now. Men and women are very different in the way that they see opposite sex friendships. For most guys, it would be a normal idea to want to become more than friends and become lovers. For most women, this is kind of a taboo thing, they know that once sex and dating and friendship mix, the results are usually not all that pretty.

So, that is one “barrier” that you have to break through if you are going to make your female friend fall in love with you.

1. Unless it is a situation where she wants to “settle down” for good, she will not date her best friend.

Dating and settling down are definitely two very different things for women, and when it comes to just dating, her best guy friend is off limits to her. So, if you thought that becoming her best male friend was the way to become her boyfriend, then you are in for a shock. Now, if a woman is looking to settle down and she is tired of the whole dating thing and wants to head right into a relationship, that’s a different story.

2. If you obsess over making her fall in love, I guarantee that at some point she will just pull away from you for good.

Let’s just get this out in the open right away. Obsessive is NEVER a good thing. Women run from obsessive guys and it’s for a good reason. When you obsess over a woman, even if you are a “good guy,” chances are, you are going to end up acting like a jealous and possessive jerk. Also, you are going to change the entire dynamic, or the vibe that is there when she hangs out with you, and if you don’t know how to make her more than just a friend, she will start to pull away from you.
